Choosing the right team for the design and construction of your project is an important key to your success. We provide construction services that are honest, competent and value driven.
Our Owner Representation (Owner’s Rep) Services are similar to our Transparent Construction™ Services. Design Phase services are nearly identical, but Construction Phase services can be tailored to protect Owner interests while minimizing the fee. You can mix or match services to suit your individual project needs.
The Owner’s Rep will supervise and scrutinize construction activities and report back to the Owner with project updates. This generally requires one person on the project site full or part time.
The role of the Owner's Representative generally includes:
- Participation in Owner/Designer/Contractor meetings and other design/construction meetings
- On site progress, schedule and quality inspections.
- Assist Designer with review and approval of contractor Pay Applications.
- Assist in RFI, submittal and Change Order reviews.
- Coordinate with local utilities and governmental authorities on the Owners behalf.
- Weekly or other periodic reports to Owner
- Assist Designer with Punch list and Close out
- Assist team with Commissioning.
