Many Jurisdictions have different requirements for permitting. We can sort out these requirements and give you a head start by making application for permits before you bid out the project. This way, the Designers will have time to get the drawings ready for bidding. By giving the Designer more time to complete the drawings and to incorporate plan review comments into the bid documents, you can greatly reduce the potential for Change Orders related to changes required by the local authorities.
Generally, you can save 4 to 8 weeks by starting the permit process early. Once you have selected a contractor, the permit can be transferred from us to the contractor of record for the balance of the construction phase of the project.
